Losing 10 lbs and gaining muscle -- those are fabulous results.<BR/><BR/>I wanted to mention a few things, though, since you said you're having trouble losing in the waist. One is to consider what body type you are; if you have a short torso, with perhaps 2" between your bottom rib (on the side) and your hip bone, you shouldn't compare your waistline to women who have longer torsos. The longer the torso, the more room the abdominal organs have to spread out. On the up side, women with short torsos have long legs that stay slender and beautiful all their lives.<BR/><BR/>It's no secret that I love T-Tapp and think it's a fantastic exercise program, but I also certain elements of it can be useful to anyone doing any kind of fitness program. The "T-Tapp Secret to a Flat Stomach" ( http://t-tapp.com/articles/flatstomach/ ) is one of them -- it takes just two or three minutes to do before you do any kind of ab work, and it'll make your ab exercises MUCH more effective.<BR/><BR/>And then there's the dry skin brushing, which helps enormously with tightening up the skin... very useful for anyone who's had a baby or lost weight! I can't say that my stomach look exactly like that of a nullipara, but the brushing helped remove that skin-overhang and has definitely tightened the skin. I did see extra inch loss in my waist after I started brushing regularly.
